- 1 cup water
- 8 oz spaghetti

Yogurt Pasta
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- Cooked ground beef
- Chopped parsley
- Toasted pine nuts
- Aleppo red pepper or red pepper flakes to taste
