The Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 more cups whole milk
Toppings
- Pumpkin spice whipped cream
- Caramel drizzle
- Mini marshmallows
- Crumbled lotus biscoff cookies
- Crumbled gingerbread (optional)
- Whole lotus cookie
Instructions

In a saucepan, add 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup white chocolate chips. Use the best quality chocolate chips you can find, it will make a difference.

Stir that around until the chocolate's fully melted.

Add in half a cup of heavy cream, half a teaspoon vanilla extract, and mix.

Once it starts to simmer, add in 2 more cups of whole milk, and then let it come to a simmer again.

Immediately remove from the heat and begin to pour it into your mug.

Have fun with your toppings. This time I did a pumpkin spice whipped cream, caramel drizzle, mini marshmallows, and crumbled lotus biscoff cookies. Crumbled gingerbread works great here too. Then I topped it off with a whole lotus cookie.
