- 1 cup hemp hearts (or fine bulgur, soaked in lemon and water)
Salad
- 2 cups finely diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- Salt to taste
- Aleppo pepper to taste
