- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
Chipotle Lime Mayo

Cut the corn on the cob into quarters to create four ribs per cob. Stand the corn up straight and give it a firm push to cut through.
