The Recipe
Ingredients
Wet Mixture
- Thinned out chicken breast or thigh
- Marinade ingredients (as listed in video)
Dry Mix
- Flour
- Cornstarch
- Baking powder
- Spices (as listed in video)
Sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Hot sauce
- Honey
- Spices (as listed in video)
Assembly
- Toasted brioche buns
- Sliced pickles
Instructions

Combine all listed ingredients for the wet mixture, then add in your thinned out chicken breast or thigh. Marinate for a few hours, but preferably overnight.

For the dry mix, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and all listed spices.

Once your chicken is done marinating, drip off any excess marinade and dip it into the dry mixture. Coat evenly.

Repeat the coating process by dipping the chicken back into the wet mixture, dripping it off, and then back into the dry mixture.

Heat your oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fry the chicken for a few minutes on each side.
