- Allspice, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Seven spice, to taste
- Pulsed parsley
- Pulsed onion
- Pulsed jalapeno
- Pine nuts
Potatoes
- Potatoes, sliced into rounds
Sauce
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced peppers
- Sliced onions
- Tomato sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Seven spice, to taste
- 1/2 jalapeno (optional)
Garnish
- Chopped parsley
- Rice
- Toasted almonds
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, allspice, black pepper, seven spice, pulsed parsley, onion, jalapeno, and pine nuts.
