Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Tomato paste
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Tomato sauce
- Crushed tomatoes
- Diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 types of beans (e.g., kidney, black, pinto)
- 2 more cups chicken broth
Instructions

In a pot, heat some olive oil, then add diced onion, jalapeno, and minced garlic.

Sauté until softened and add some tomato paste and toast for a few minutes.

Add ground beef and break it up, then season with spices and mix it in as you continue to break it up.

Season with salt to taste, then add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and diced tomatoes.

Mix it in, then add in 2 cups of chicken broth and 3 types of beans.
