Sauce
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Basil
- Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dried herbs
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Wash your potatoes well and cut them all in half.

In a blender, add parsley, oregano, rosemary, basil, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until a smooth green sauce forms.

Line a sheet tray with foil and add the potatoes and the sauce. Mix together well.

Add an additional dash of garlic powder and dried herbs. Optionally, add red pepper flakes.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking.
