Chicken Parmesan Cook-off
Chicken Parmesan Cook-off brings an Italian classic to your table with homemade marinara and mozzarella. Who will win the cook-off challenge? My family friend Zaid and I decided to go head-to-head in a Chicken Parmesan duel, and it was all about the love of melting cheese and tangy marinara. I couldn't resist using fresh organic tomatoes and roasted garlic to craft a sauce that took me straight back to my mom's kitchen. Zaid, on the other hand, went for that crispy, comforting vibe with some trusty chicken patties and Prego sauce. Let's see who claims the title!
