- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Burgers
- 1 pound 80-20 ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Mustard
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Pickles, to taste
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Lettuce
Instructions

Sauté diced onions in olive oil and salt until brown, then set aside.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, sugar, and vinegar to make the spread.
