- Peeled and diced purple potatoes
- Cold water
- Sprig of rosemary
- Generous amount of salt
- Butter
- Crushed garlic
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- Milk
- Heavy cream
- Sour cream
- Cream cheese
- Fresh herbs
Instructions

Add your peeled and diced potatoes to cold water with a sprig of rosemary and a generous amount of salt then boil until cooked through.

Strain then smash the potatoes back into your pot.

Melt some butter in a skillet and add crushed garlic and rosemary then sauté for a few minutes.

Add the garlic butter into your potatoes and season with black pepper, onion powder, and salt then stir over low heat.

Meanwhile in a saucepan heat up some milk, heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese and whisk until it's dissolved.

Once it's hot, pour it into the potatoes then stir.

Finish it off with some fresh herbs.
