- 80/20 ground beef
- Salt
- Allspice
- Black pepper
- Seven spice
- Pulsed parsley
- Onion
- Jalapeno
- Pine nuts
Potatoes

- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced peppers
- Sliced onions
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Seven spice
- Half a jalapeno
Garnish
- Chopped parsley
- Rice
- Toasted almonds
Instructions

Start with 80/20 ground beef and add salt, allspice, black pepper, and seven spice.

Add in pulsed parsley, onion, and jalapeno. Mix it in and add some pine nuts as well.

Form your meatballs and place them onto a Pyrex baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

Prepare your potatoes by slicing them into rounds. Deep fry or air fry until crispy.

Take out the baking dish and add diced tomatoes, sliced peppers, and sliced onions.

For the sauce, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and seven spice to taste. Optionally, add half a jalapeno.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
