Ingredients
- 1 orange bell pepper, halved and seeded
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- Handful of spinach
- 2 slices of turkey
- Everything bagel seasoning, to taste
- Mustard, to taste (optional)
Instructions

Halve and seed the orange bell pepper.

Spread cream cheese on the inside of each bell pepper half.

Layer spinach and turkey slices on one half of the bell pepper.

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the fillings.

Close the sandwich by placing the other bell pepper half on top.

Optionally, add mustard to taste before closing the sandwich.
