Homemade Chicken Gyros

Homemade Chicken Gyros are an easy Mediterranean delight with baked marinated chicken, wrapped in warm pita, and topped with fresh tzatziki sauce. Growing up, weekends were gyro nights at our house, filled with the aroma of garlic and oregano as my family gathered around. The yogurt marinade makes our chicken irresistibly tender, and I love piling on tomatoes and onions for that classic, fresh crunch.
