Zucchini Fries
- Zucchini
- Italian panko breadcrumbs
- Shredded Asiago cheese
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Cajun seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- All-purpose flour
Wet Mixture
- A few eggs
- Garlic powder
- Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Splash of milk
To Serve
- Fresh Parmesan or Asiago cheese
- Dried parsley
- Ranch dressing

Cut up the zucchini into fry-like shapes.

Prepare the dry mixture by combining Italian panko breadcrumbs, shredded Asiago cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, a pinch of salt, and all-purpose flour.

In a separate bowl, prepare the wet mixture by whisking together a few eggs, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper, and a splash of milk.

Dredge the zucchini pieces first in the wet mixture, then in the dry mixture until fully coated.

Fry the coated zucchini fries in oil, turning them as they cook until golden. Alternatively, bake them in the oven or use an air fryer.
