Chicken Marinade
- Thinly sliced chicken breast or thigh
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Cornstarch
- Salt
- Pepper
Stir Fry
- Crushed garlic
- Sliced scallions
- Shredded carrots
- Bean sprouts
Sauce
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Chicken broth
- Salt
- Sugar
- White pepper
- Cornstarch slurry
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Strain, rinse in cold water, then set aside.

Heat up some oil and stir fry the noodles until they become crispy and golden. Set them aside.

Marinate thinly sliced chicken breast or thigh in soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, a dash of salt and pepper. Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat up a wok or skillet. Once hot, add in the marinated chicken and cook it through.

Add crushed garlic, sliced scallions, shredded carrots, and some bean sprouts to the chicken. Let that cook together for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, salt, sugar, and white pepper. Add this sauce to the chicken mixture with some cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
