- Olive oil or butter
- Diced steak (ribeye or preferred cut)
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Butter
- Diced onions
- Salt
- Crushed garlic
- 3 eggs
- Frozen carrots and peas
- Sliced green scallions
- Ginger powder
- Cold leftover rice
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Optional chili sauce
Instructions

Heat up a wok then add olive oil or butter and some diced steak. Season with black pepper and garlic powder.

Once the steak is almost cooked through, add in salt and remove from the wok.

Add butter and some diced onions to the wok. Season with salt and sauté until softened.

Add a lot of crushed garlic and mix in until fragrant, then whisk in three eggs.

Add frozen carrots and peas, sliced green scallions, and the steak back into the wok. Add ginger powder.

Mix everything and add cold leftover rice to prevent mushy rice.

Add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and some optional chili sauce. Mix on low heat.
