Garlicky Slow-Cooked Short Ribs

Garlicky Slow-Cooked Short Ribs are the ultimate comfort food, offering fall-off-the-bone tender beef with a savory garlic-infused sauce. This dish reminds me of hearty meals shared with family back home, where the aroma of slow-cooked meats filled the air. The combination of balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary gives these ribs a warm, rich depth of flavor that makes them a true dinner delight.
