- Short ribs
- Black pepper
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Flour
- Oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato paste
- Carrots
- Beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- Whole head of garlic, cut in half
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Dried coriander
- Allspice
- White pepper
- Cornstarch slurry
Instructions

Season all sides of the short rib with black pepper, onion powder, salt, and flour.

Heat oil in your pot, then quickly brown the meat on all sides, then remove and set aside.

Add in garlic and onion and sauté for a few minutes.

Add in tomato paste and toast until it deepens in color.

Mix in some carrots, then add in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and scrape the bottom of the pot.

Add the meat back into the pot with a whole head of garlic cut in half.

Add two sprigs of rosemary, salt to taste, dried coriander, allspice, and white pepper.

Let this come to a boil, then lower the heat and cover.

Cook on low for about three and a half hours.

Once it's ready, stir in some cornstarch slurry and enjoy!
