    Combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, purslane, sliced red onions, and chopped parsley in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix crushed garlic, sumac, lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and salt to make the dressing.

    Add dried mint or fresh mint to the salad.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
