Garlic Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread
Garlic Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread is a baked appetizer delight loaded with gooey mozzarella or provolone cheese and aromatic Italian herbs. Growing up, bread was always on the table, but this one's next-level with its crisscrossed sourdough soaked in a luscious garlic butter. Perfect for sharing, or not!

Ingredients
- Sourdough loaf
- Melted butter
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Italian herbs
- Sliced mozzarella or provolone cheese
Instructions

Slice crisscross lines into a sourdough loaf, cutting deep but not all the way through.

Mix melted butter, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs together.

Brush the garlic butter mixture inside each crevice of the bread.

Add sliced mozzarella or provolone cheese in each crack, making sure it's filled.

Brush garlic butter on top of the bread.

Wrap the bread in foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until the bread is golden and toasted.
