    Keep the food processor running and slowly drizzle in 1 cup of vegetable oil in a hairline steady stream, then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

    Alternate between adding 1 cup of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, repeating this process 8 times until 4 cups of oil are used up.
