- Heavy cream (amount as per preference)
- Splash of chicken broth

Instructions

In a bowl, add plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, minced ginger, and spices as listed on the screen. Mix until you have a vibrant orange color.

Cut chicken thigh and breast into nugget-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Marinate for at least a few hours, but preferably overnight.

In a pot, heat olive oil and melt butter. Add diced onions and diced jalapeno.

Add crushed garlic and minced ginger, then season with cumin seeds or ground cumin, garam masala, and coriander.

Once the veggies have softened, add tomato paste and toast for a few minutes.

Add marinated chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pot.

Add tomato sauce, heavy cream, and a splash of chicken broth. Season with cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Cook for about 15 more minutes.
