Marinade
- Crushed garlic
- Olive oil
- Orange juice
- Chopped cilantro
- Chopped basil
- Chopped rosemary
- Lime zest
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Chicken
- Thinly sliced chicken breast
Instructions

Mix crushed garlic, olive oil, orange juice, chopped cilantro, chopped basil, chopped rosemary, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

Add thinly sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least one hour, but preferably overnight.

Pierce the bottom of the marinated chicken through the skewer and sew it all the way across.

Place the skewers on a foil-lined baking tray.

Bake until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice and a chopped basil and heirloom tomato salad.
