- 1 diced jalapeno
- Fire roasted corn
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Chopped cilantro
- Dollop of mayo

- Diced red onion
- Crumbled cotija cheese or queso fresco
