- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces crab
- Scallions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Sesame oil
- Sugar
- White pepper
- Garlic powder
- Wonton wrappers
- Water
For serving
- Sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine 16 ounces of cream cheese, 8 ounces of crab, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and garlic powder.

Place about a teaspoon and a half of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Spread water along the edges of the wonton wrappers and fold them shut.

Fry the wontons on both sides until golden and crispy, then remove from the oil.

Serve the crab rangoons with sweet chili sauce.
