- 4 potatoes, washed and peeled
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for tossing
Garlic Herb Butter
- Butter, for melting
- A bunch of garlic cloves, minced
- Italian herbs (basil, parsley, oregano), to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into rounds.

Season the potato slices with salt and pepper, then toss in olive oil.

Air fry the potatoes at 390°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket every five minutes. Alternatively, you can bake or deep fry them.

Mince a bunch of garlic cloves. In a skillet, melt some butter and add the minced garlic and any Italian herbs you have on hand. Season with salt and pepper.

Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, spoon the garlic herb butter mixture over them.
