Vegetable Mixture
- Olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno or bell pepper, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Steak
- Ribeye steak, thinly sliced or shaved
- Butter
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Sliders
- Spicy or chipotle mayo
- Slider buns
- Provolone cheese
Instructions

Saute diced onions and jalapeno or bell pepper in olive oil.

Add salt, sugar, and balsamic vinegar, then cook for about 10 minutes and set aside.

Thinly slice or shave your ribeye steak.

In the same pan, cook the steak in butter with black pepper and garlic powder.

Once the meat has browned, add Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Mix the veggies back into the pan with the steak.
