- 3 pounds of beef
- Diced red onion
- Chopped parsley
- 1 grated onion
- Finely diced bell pepper
- Red pepper paste
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped pistachio
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Cumin
- 1 tablespoon of Aleppo pepper (optional)
