The Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Olive oil
- Spices (as listed on screen)
- Chicken broth
Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with some olive oil and the spices listed on the screen. Mix well and marinate for as long as you have.
- 2
Let a pan get super hot with some olive oil in it and then sear one side of the chicken.
- 3
Once that side is beautifully seared, flip it over and do the same to the other side.
- 4
Once you have a nice color on both sides, add in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan to release those flavors.
- 5
Lower the heat, cover the lid, and allow the chicken to cook internally.
- 6
Baste the chicken with the sauce about every 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7
Chop up the chicken and toss it back in the juices in the pan.
