- Cold water (enough to soak)
- Vinegar (a splash)
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
- Lemon juice, generous amount

- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Lemon juice, to taste

Thinly slice your potatoes longways then soak them in cold water and vinegar for one hour.

Strain the potatoes, season with salt, then fry until golden.
